Tracy grew this business from the ground up, quickly establishing a “niche market” in a very competitive Vancouver recruitment industry. Tracy’s proven ability to manage and motivate her team of professional Recruiters and Account Managers with clear communication is something she is personally proud of.</span></p>\n <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Schooled at BCIT with a Business Administration/Human Resources focus, Tracy has assisted small business organizations in developing and refining programs from recruitment, performance management and workforce training.
